DJ DN³ returns with a collection of 8-bit fueled compositions for his next project. This selection of instrumentals, remixes, and 're-fixes' comes as a tribute to a few of his favorite things. This project takes aim at the "Golden Age" of both genres of Hip-Hop and video gaming. DJ DN³ offers his own version of homage to one of the most celebrated artists in Hip-Hop, with an all 8-bit mix of Nas's "The World Is Yours". The track features long time musical collaborator and gaming lyricist, Random AKA Mega Ran, and Arizona DMC Champion, DJ Les 735 on the scratches to recreate the classic...of course, with an electric feel. Project: OchoBites takes a look at the beatmaking and gaming culture with a few glances at Jazz, Drum and Bass, and Classical. OchoBites will be released on May 6th.
